You can make that case for any city these days, not just Silicon Valley. Mobile devices are dominating peoples lives everywhere...

Mountain View is nice, but imo University Avenue in Palo Alto would be the prime location in the area. It gets constant morning till night foot traffic, and its right down the street from Stanford, which would be a significant source for customers. They can ride their bikes to Snakes, which is key because it's so hard to find parking... it's also one of the richest cities in the country, within the heart of Silicon Valley. They could collect a higher cover charge and would never have enough seating to meet the demand. The cost of goods and services, are the last thing on peoples minds in that area.

I bet it would also make Snakes famous, because the area attracts powerful people on a daily basis.
