Regarding a potential sell off after the date to receive the dividend shares is over.....YES, I do believe we will see some sell-off, but nothing like the HUGE move up in the shares prior to that date. There are a couple of ways AMFE could do this dividend of shares in INTERLOC-KINGS. One is that they KEEP over 50% of the total outstanding shares in the new company so that they can maintain control in how it progresses. Thus, AMFE would actually RISE IN REAL VALUE as the share price of the new stock rises!
Or they could completely divorce themselves from the new company where they own ZERO shares in it and not benefit from any positive share price movement in the new company. I personally prefer them keeping over 50% interest myself. I'll also just "guess" there will not be any lock up time for us to be allowed to sell our new shares once it begins trading but just my guess only. Hope this helps Hitman!
