ChanBond sued the Cable Companies and they contacted Cisco and then Cisco's IPR claims were turned down by the PTAB.

Assuming Cisco does not indemnify those 13 cable companies, this litigation could have a ways to go.

ChanBond is in the Driver's seat at this time.

As far as I know Chanbond[UOIP] has not sued Cisco Yet.

They will get what they really want anyway from the 13 cable companies?

Just have to wait this out.
