Someone should sticky your post. There are forces at work that for whatever reason don't want this stock to make it but you've given 10 valid reasons that make it a investment grade stock. I almost believe there are traders who are buying shares and then selling them at a loss just to drive the ASK and BID down. I noticed that there were 3 slaps on the BID right at the moment of closing to be absolutely sure this stock didn't make it to .0108 for the day's closing. It's a dog eat dog market out there in adult beverage land and I think some force doesn't want this company to make it much less do an uplist!

Wanting for a stock to go up you are invested in never works and will make you broke. Doing due diligence BEFORE you buy a stock and knowing that with much certainty that it WILL go up is a much better strategy and usually makes you money.
