In the Agreement, MVTG/Alstom ,.....(last project) if ended there was still a NDA for 5 years, but MVTG was always allowed to communicate to investors on a limited basis.

Which resulted in;
"expiry of our contract with Alstom, which was not renewed." in the 10-Q
