First, If MMs want to trade stock for themselves, they have to do so in proprietary accounts, SEPARATE from
their market making activity.

Secondly, ALL but $3 worth of yesterday's daily volume WAS settled in a Form T MINUS the block position fee, everyone can see that. I don't know where the "50%" claim comes from.
