I've been misunderstood. The part about the answers I didn't like was the lack of evidence for the answers and the assumption that I should simply accept the answers without question. I don't do that. The best I've been given for evidence is generic links to regulations that nobody wants to read(but I may at some point soon), which there is no evidence that anybody on this board has ever read, and which don't guarantee that they aren't being cleverly skirted.

But I've been answered as well as I'm going to get on the thread here, so I appreciate those who sincerely have tried to help.
