Someone is holding 3.6b $ECOS float shares - and it's not me- I have a lot of shares, butt not 3.6b. LOL. Insiders are holding 3b restricted shares. My guess is the pps will go up at some point in the future- worst case scenario is I'm wrong- not a big deal- the good thing is if I am wrong, the most I can lose is only 100%
