I think you have a point, but so does Time Traveler. His point is that this stock is *perceived* as a MJ play. Is it an MJ play? Not really. But to many, the perception is that it is. People who start doing research find out very quickly that it is not, and are therefore not so bothered when DC says anything regarding politics.

Nevertheless, there is a group of people who never see the stock per se, and only see charts. When they look up this stock, it might be grouped as a MJ play. These investors, not bothering to confirm anything, simply move along, simply because of the perception, and because of politics. The good news is that many States have realized that MJ is a very important part of their economy and they have publicly stated that they will continue to support it, regardless of what Washington says.
