On the question of whether MaxD is a 'Ponzi' scheme, it may be worth spending sometime discussing the new touted technology.

Ponzi had postal coupons. I think history is a little hard on Charles Ponzi in various ways.

MaxD is pure stock transaction. It has no function or no means to function other than as a debt to equity exchange.
