A stock can go "no bid" which means no one is willing to buy it at the minimum tick. ($0.0001/share).

But you were right early when you said a lower price is likely to scare off dilutive lenders. When a stock gets below $0.0010 price, it starts to look more like a joke and less than a bona fide company.

Stocks with prices that low are often non-filers, and tend to attract bottom-feeder speculators rather than gullible investors.
