Reverse Mergers

Anyone get onto GSRX? I was actually offered to get into the offering for that at .39, and it just hit $25.00 this morning. Crazy. Regretfully, I did not do it. I'm just learning in detail about OTC reverse mergers. Pretty darn fascinating. Looks like these are the best any only plays to buy.

Has anyone else been offered to invest in the private placement of a reverse merger? Did you do it? If so, how the process of being able to sell? I actually am doing the private placement of another one since I missed GSRX regretfully.

I guess it's easier and more liquid to just buy the shell when they complete the reverse merger. Then you know for sure what kind of liquidity you will have by looking at level 2. If you do the offering you really have no way of knowing if you invest $50,000 if you will be able to exit that much stock quickly. Also, you only want to do it if it's registered stock, not rule 144 restricted for 6 months and no lock up.

Please share your experience if you went in on an offering on a reverse merger, would really like to hear it. Thanks!
