After a company issues 600 million shares and then issues an RS 7500:1 that is fraudulent. 10:1 even 100:1 is acceptable. But 7500:1, literally bringing this to under 500,000 shares. The moment they dilute 1 million shares..... already tripled the OS. No that my friend is fraudulent.

"Hey guyssss come buy my stock we are new and exciting and have much potential. GOING TO TICKER CHANGE AND NAME CHANGE ON June 12th get excited!!" June 12th comes, what do we get instead? Silence and an RS filing for 7500:1, that isn't defrauding investors? It's literally in the definition of the word! Taking someone's money by saying one thing and doing another! Agree to disagree, but I believe what I have said. I've been in this game too long to not think otherwise.
