What are your guys opinion on Tetra Bio Pharma?

I see that they are trying to pass the world's first FDA approved smokeable drug. I do think this is crazy, but I also see they have other drugs in their pipeline as well which are pills and topicals if I understand correctly. With a large market cap and lots of cash and support from Aphria, why not invest in them? (I am only invested in Nemus)
