I have a feeling this is the real deal. Bruce has already said he Will NOT do a CC just to update shareholders. That would only do more harm to the share price. He will only do one when he has a Material Event to announce.
This meeting was Tweeted (IMO) as a hint to a Deal finally being signed for International Sales.
