The discount is fixed. A lower price just means more shares are issued (each at the same discount) so the lender still makes their money.

I've seen penny stock with 10x the O/S of MAXD still have solid trading action (i.e., there's lots of people buying converted debt) so a rollback won't be necessary for a long time.
