Yeah, if you take the closing price times the last reported O/S (5/31) you get $66 million. So it's probably a bit higher, but around there.

Unless a lot of the $.03-$.06 warrants have converted, or toxic loans, in which case it could be significantly higher.

When you think "there can't be that many people falling for this", remember the Bernie Madoff story and recall that over $50 BILLION of smart money fell for a great story.
