lololol! too funny, I just signed refinance papers last night and literally cut my interest in half with 3.25% 15 year loan...I own 2 cars, harley, 24' trailer outright...only debt is house now, the wife & I are going to attack this new loan & try to pay it off in 10 years by paying into principle at $1k a month...I plan on retiring in 10-12 years & hope to only have tax payment as my only debt...lol It sure feels good to know I'm almost out of debt just in time to retire...and if I'm right about other investments, I may retire even sooner...Congrats on the toilets!
