SPCL/Vert Capital has a week left to come up with MIGME money and SPCL/Pixelmags appears to be suffering same APP fate as other Vert Capital big DEAL, Tunewiki and...No ASX filing on Shareholder approval...

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
