Py, assume your NPV is $1M (I doubt that's the case), so you shorted $60K of AMRN, expecting 10% return on your short term trading call for $6K profit. I don't think it's worth it consider the amount of time you spend on this board.

Suppose you are more ambitious and actually try to play the 80% IA continuation catalyst. Assume 10% probability of 80% halt for efficacy and 90% probability of R-I trial continuation, the expected return of the trade is not attractive as trial continuation will not cause a permanent blow to the stock price.
