Utter ridiculous nonsense. He settled because there was no more to be gained. he had already won the judgement. The next step would be taking back the company when Walthers/IFUS defaults.

BTW, the State Judge was retiring and had just received all the Federal court docs for review. walthers knew the jig was up ... and he didn't have anymore money anyway ... that's why he was begging people for money to get an attorney for the New Jersey case.
