Joseph. When investing or selling a company you do not look at one quarter in the past. You look at the future. Basically smart investors would look at how much Prosecco they can sell in 2018. It looks highly possible that they can sell 240K to 400K cases. This would be between 14.4 Million in revenue and 24 Million.

If the company can gain distribution in the UK, and Germany it would add to those numbers.

Also keep in mind that the CEO plans for ICNB to own 100% of Bellissima.
