What if Keough and Otiko are working together to keep investors hanging on, waiting for that magical PR release, while they dilute the stocks in their favor.

Then they agree to dismiss the case as they ride off into the sunset together. To be honest neither of these guys are very credible, both shifty and both are very educated. I'm sure Philips, Otiko, and Keough are very familiar with each other and have shared drinks in the past talking about how rich they can become.

Sounds crazy and is just a thought, not facts! But it is a pinky and anything could be going on here.
