Necessary steps as in discloure like any
AMEX stock has to do with continued updated info to SEC and shareholders. Most pinks and OTCBB's go give a sh#@#t. I did not say that they would ever achieve this goal of making it to the AMEX board. And, to get a pps from .0002 to .0008 does not take an AMEX designation.

The fact that this company wants to act like an AMEX listed stock to me is a positive. Most pinks and OTCBB's are bs companies looking to play the dilution game to fatten the pocket of the CEO.

By the way, do you suppose a $593K profit this year on trades is as "Real" as it gets!
