Not to my knowledge... at least per their most recent reports.

Furthermore I see no reason that they would. They own 90% +- of this stock. Any dilution or debt would effect them as much as it would the common share holder. They are playing the same game we are... waiting for the final verdict/ result.

The PPS drop IMO is 100% a result of investor impatience and MMs/ big whales driving the price down as much as possible in order to get more shares while volume is low. It has nothing to do with the value of the patents or the likelihood of eventual settlement/buyout.
