YES, stories of giant deals being made far off exotic lands are too difficult for investors to verify, so the scam can run longer!

If KJ tried to pretend he had a $28,000,000 contract with someone in the USA, investors would have picked up the phone and discovered the deception long before the 4 years that they permitted it to carry on in this case.
