I certainly haven't studied his vita to exhaustion, but I do know that there is a lot of nepotism at INNV. I don't consider this a bad thing though, because some people like to surround themselves with people they've worked successfully in the past (Berholtz, Verfurth, Liu etc.). As a small company you don't usually have access to the vast talent pool huge international multibillion dollar concerns have access to. So often times it's a natural choice to go with former colleagues.

Of course, I know about Bio-Quant and the fact that it was merged with NexMed to form Apricus and both existed as two wholly owned subsidiaries under the umbrella of Apricus. I just don't see, based on the information available, why this should be interpreted negatively. Bio-Quant was a lucrative business for both Damaj as well as NexMed/Apricus before it was sold for $5M + another potential $20M spread over 10 years.
I consider Bio-Quant a good example for Damaj's ability to develop successful businesses. The company was founded in the late 90's if memory serves me right and had been successfully operating for more than a decade before being acquired by NexMed.
In addition, Damaj founded or co-founded another 3 or 4 companies. He's an avid entrepreneur and true multitalent IMO.

Well, here lies the problem. Saying Damaj has an irrefutable history of driving share prices into the ground is something twistedfreak will have to prove. The chart of APRI shows otherwise. And even IF that was the case, it is still extremely important to know what exactely led to this decline. As you said, APRI was far from being a winner stock before Damaj came on board. It's easy to jump to wrong conclusions if people don't illuminate Damaj's past with utmost acuity. There are plenty of very capable CEOs from nanocap companies to Fortune 500 concerns who had to deal with miserable circumstances and unforunate events during their tenure which were beyond their control.
