It takes at least 90 days for the form 15 to become effective, so CDNL is screwed because Kevin waited so long to file it.
7 days left until 6/29, let's see what happens.
You can't file a form 10 if your stock is revoked.

Can you please refer me to the SEC document that clearly states when you can and cannot file a Form 10?
