You cleared up nothing! First you have yet to provide any information that raadr security is owned in whole or even the slightest amount by raadr inc. it is not stated on any of the quarterlies and if it was a sub, it should be noted in the agreement as well.

RDAR can't use its own software! It is explicitly written in the agreement.

RDAR has no right to any profit during the license agreement. Again explicitly written in the agreement.

RDAR gets $100 that's it. No more, no less. There is nothing else in that agreement that means squat to shareholders.
