On the SHAC call Rory specificly stated the share count is EXACTLY the same since the last SHAC call and financial statements/notices.

Rory even stated HE STOPPED raising money/funding/ private placements because the share price will be much higher and why dilute more then you have to. Rory cares about his reputation and company, including shareholders. I know it's hard to believe in the OTC world.
