sorry if i made it seem that way let me make it clear, im not suggesting the deal will fall through, the deal has already been done, but there is a closing date of july 10 for that deal, they need to close the deal on or before JULY 10 by 1.pm. closing date as in Schneider gets 20M worth of preferred stock convertible into common stock, converted at .30 pershare on or before july 10.
