I've been dealing with CDEL on another stock for the past three weeks... I don't understand it... really cannot put a finger on what he's trying to do. Sometimes he will throw up a large amount on the ask for a block and he's a low bidder behind other bids... his ask gets taken out, and then he puts up 10k shares on the ask or moves way up higher on the ask... It would be soooo interesting to be talking to the guy behind CDEL's computer and figure out exactly what he's trying to do.

Walking down the price? Shorting? Trying to get cheaper shares? Is he an algorthmic computer?
