If IBM has been mentioned, it is now public information and the company should mention that specifically either in a press release
or as a shareholder update.

If this interview was the first and only mention of IBM, then I wonder if the full disclosure rules have been violated, since the information was not fully disseminated via an 8k filing.

I believe the company needs advice on the corporate pr front, perhaps a new board member with better industry contact and experience. Stop nickel and diming us and step up already.
