Is IBM the commercial customer? It's not clear. GeoInvesting is not much help because in their SERIES 3 (2/3) at the very end Meaney says, "This kind of came upon us in an interesting way. We're dealing with the President of this company." BUT, it's cutoff with no follow-up-- what company, what President?
It was Sept 28, 2016, PR said, "...received its first commercial full-rate production order." Who is it? Is Meaney talking with the President of IBM or some other commercial company?
Then there was a separate mention of 1800 pieces or so manufactured for this commercial customer with no backup information.
Agree, either way it spells excellent news, but it's a cryptic message from the Oracle of Delphi or rather the Oracle of GeoInvesting, or the Oracle of Washington, PA (Thomas Meaney).
