One of two things are happening in my opinion.

There is actually no solid news to announce with all that's in the works, or

The company is purposely delaying solid news and progress for the sole purpose of being able to sell shares to pay themselves back for their sweat equity. If this ticker flies to a $1,00 and Private Placement and nFusz members are restricted they see no monetary upside but common shareholders could run off in the sunset with huge profits. Thats why I think the B&D was "called off".

If #2 is the case nFusz will need incredible news and revenues to get the price over a $1.00 and sustain it.

My opinion.
