except it does have FDA clearance but it takes time to get the inventory and new packaging ready for the advertising and retail roll out.

remember they had no idea when the FDA decision would come though (it was February this year) so couldn't spend too much money in advance.

Ideally they would contract with a major global name to do all the selling for them but so far nothing agreed one, but who knows it has been quiet lately....
