ROTFLMFAO!!!! That piece is from Nov 2016! Outdated and irrelevant!

AEPP is shell Oncolix is taking over to go public via RM process.

I've seen hundreds of P&D scams in OTC.

Oncolix is far from it. This is probably one of the best plays for ROI for investment I've seen in long time. Small AS/OS and tight controlled float. Soon as Oncolix updates with filing and asset rollover then completes RM, we'll be hitting a $1+.
