First off, you don’t seem to have any insight as to the circumstances why GS raised a few hundred thousand dollars, other than PURE had no choice, like $300k or whatever it was, makes any difference to them. PURE has raised 10s of millions and at last check, had several million in cash with no debt on their balance sheet

Second, it’s impressive if PURE was able to extract a clean, non-toxic funding from an alleged sleazy brokerage. How was that possible? What does this say about PURE?

I’m all for fair discourse but celebrating PUREs drop in share price to 1.09, right after it ran up from a much lower price to 1.30 is telling. Did you make mention it closed at 1.20?
