only scammy companies that have very little choice in terms of financing will use such a sleazy brokerage firms to raise funds. What does that tell you about PURE?

WOW, PURE actually paid $28k for what looks to be a tiny finders or commission fee for a small capital raise.

Doesn't look like the raise involved toxic securities.

Doesn't look like an IB agreement was executed.
