good question ive been wondering that myself but I think we would see a significant price swing if the transaction was completed and the shares are baked in, read this :


1.2. Closing . The purchase, sale and issuance of the Shares (the “ Closing ”) shall take place at the offices of the Company as promptly as practicable hereafter at 1:00 p.m., local time, on such date as is mutually agreed to by the Company and the Purchaser in writing, but not later than July 10, 2017

I dont believe these shares have been dropped on the open market just yet, they have until July 10 ...given the price didnt jump from the good news today I still think the market is waiting for their arrival.
