Yes obviously a mining permit goes a long way!!! Why you think they won't get one. First off the new government of Madagascar wants to provide jobs to the people. Madagascar is very overpopulated and they need operations that will bring them money and jobs. I don't see anything stopping NSRC. Have the management wasted money on salaries yes they have. But they have a proven resource and it is just a matter of time. At the price and share structure this is still way undervalued. They may still do a reverse split and that would lower the share structure more and when hype comes the price would skyrocket. Hype is on the way in my opinion. We will see NSRC
