Are you serious? Why on earth would anybody send out that kind of personal information to an anonymous web address?? I never saw any NR declaring that a class action lawsuit was being initiated by a legitimate law firm. Are you suggesting that Jordan Lopehandia solicited private information from the former MSX shareholders? Is he on the board of MSX or just acting on his papa's behalf?

And what kind of financing are you referring to? What does "huge financing" mean... $200, maybe 300k? I can't imagine anyone putting money into this thing. This must be some sort of a private blog or chat board or something? Man, I hope those former shareholders didn't give out any personal banking info. Unreal.
