Regarding the 8k, if it's a new company how does one find out about the 8k? You won't have the symbol to check, because it's a new company and you won't know about it. Typically from my experience in order to be alerted about an 8k on an OTC company, you need to sign up at the company's website for their direct email alerts, but in this case one would not know about the company. Is there a website to check regarding new companies? Maybe OTC markets?
