The reverse merger was announced in an 8k http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=12071558

As soon as it started trading I bought some between 2.00 and 2.75.

In OTC it's possible to have that kind of returns (i've had some myself), but it's a risky business, because stocks can go down fast in a minute. So you have to watch it very closely. Playing OTC-stocks isn't for long term investors.
