Take a look at Docket 3405, Domenech and Perez (whistleblowers) filed objections and put on record that Chatila and Wuebbels, along with other board members committed fraud and when they call them out, Domenech was terminated and Perez resigned.

I believe this is going to get more interesting every day we get closer to the confirmation of plan date.
