Some of us still have the intellectual capacity to question when we have doubts. Not just follow an insane shepherd leading us to the slaughterhouse instead of to greener pastures. Points to ponder:
What do Barrick's activities have to do with the Lopehandia scam?
Did Barrick intervene with Johnson to give Lopehandia the $6 million?
Has MSX ever had any dealings with Barrick?
Did Lopehandia ever have a contract with Barrick?
Did Barrick participate in the trial initiated by Lopehandia against Fisco de Chile and which he lost?
Did Barrick ever become a party to or was sued by Lopehandia?
Where are the actual Court actions either in Canada or Chile initiated and won by Lopehandia vs Barrick?
No,my fellow shareholders! This,I repeat, is nothing more than a Lopehandia/Johnson hoax to divert attention from their FRAUD! The fact is that he entered into an agreement with MSX to produce clean and clear titles to Mina Pascua which he has never done because he does not own them and NEVER will!
Even his "new" civil suit is a simple claim for alleged slander (which he must prove)has been initiated on his personal behalf and
has no MSX participation not even as a victim.
He keeps LOSING his cases because he has NOTHING!...FACT!
Every single action he has launched is to mask his fraud.
He is insane yet sane enough to keep the $6 million.
