I was offered the pp at .39 just a couple months ago. That would have been an insane return. 2,243% in 2 months. Regretfully, they closed the offering somewhat quickly and I did not get the $ in on time.

I have never seen anything like this return in my 30 years of investing, has anyone else?? I guess some OTC stocks run that much.

And they were registered shares, not even restricted (rule 144).

Clearly, one reason is because it's a marijuana company and those are getting high valuations today. And the fact that so few shares were issued. Amazing what a locked up float can result in. There is however, no liquidity. If any of those investors want to get out at these prices, they can not.

Most private placement offerings on the OTC are however crap.

The whole reverse merger business is fascinating to me though. I'd like to learn more about that. Just curious, how were you alerted to the reverse merger? It's not like it's advertised anywhere. And also, how do they get the stock to open up at $2.00/$2.50 when the offering was at .39?!

What a huge mistake on my part though, $50,000 would have been worth $1,000,000 right now. On paper anyway.
