I has occurred to me that if CDNL is de-listed and he got the Cameroon contract he could make out well. If CDNL is de-listed the bond holders and the share holders will have no recourse. Perhaps that is his plan. I suspect though he is getting the bond holders to renegotiate the the convertible part or else he goes nuclear and just folds his tent.
