"...The Navy asked us to apply prognostics and diagnostics to the LCS program. It was a new thing. And we dug in, being young and agile or small and agile, we were able to come up with the idea of bringing IBM in, that I mentioned before...."

"...As the Navy gets to know us better they prefer to come to a small company to get the job done. We had an experience a while back where they were trying to get with Lockheed for example to bring IBM into the program, and they were so anxious to get together with the great IBM and all that. But they gave us the problem, that they told us about it and we approached IBM, brought them into the fold. The Navy is very happy about that. They funded the whole project and they are very happy that we have now IBM as a team partner on our Condition Based Maintenance program."
