It's very simple. That PR was absolute garbage. They've already sold off whatever assets of value they have. Anyone who tries to twist it claim this company is setting up for a "reverse merger" or "buyout" are fools.

The company is trying to pump because they have noteholders of over a million dollars that need to convert. If they can't pump and get interest to sucker people in, they will be forced to hand the company over to the noteholders because they are in default.

Also more importantly, if you contact Casale, they will tell you they don't have any relationships with QuantumSphere at all.
